What are the benefits of carrot ginger turmeric Juice

Carrots: Rich in beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A. This supports normal vision, immune function, and skin health.

Ginger: May help with nausea and digestion and has anti-inflammatory compounds.

Turmeric: Contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The amount absorbed from juice is usually limited; a little black pepper may improve absorption.

Lemon (optional): Adds vitamin C and flavor.

Hydration: The juice contributes fluids, which helps to keep you hydrated.

What equipment do you need to make carrot, ginger, turmeric juice?

For the best flavor, nutrients, and yield, a slow masticating juicer is great, though any juicer will work. I use a small, simple slow masticating juicer, which works great, but I have to shred or cut my produce into smaller pieces so it fits its small chute.

If you don’t have a juicer, don’t be discouraged; you can still use a high-speed blender to make your juices.

How to make carrot, ginger, turmeric Juice

Preparation: Clean and cut your vegetables into small pieces that fit your juicer.

Blend/Process: Process the juice in your juicer or blender. If using a blender, add a little water to help it blend, then strain the juice when done. Serve immediately, or store in a clean, airtight glass container.

Serving and Storage

I prefer to drink my juices within 1- 3 days. I let them chill for at least 20 minutes before drinking, and store the leftovers in the fridge for at least 3 days.

If you want to store them longer, freeze them in appropriate ice cube trays and store them in a freezer bag. They can last 2- 3 months.

How often should I drink carrot ginger turmeric juice?

I would suggest you drink it at least three times a week since it has ginger, which is so potent and may cause excessive bleeding for some people. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which, in excess, can turn your skin orange-yellow, so drink it in moderation.

What should you avoid mixing with carrot, ginger, turmeric juice?

Do not take this juice with certain medications such as blood thinners, some diabetes medications, and cancer medications, as it may contribute to excessive bleeding or lower your blood sugar excessively.
