My name is Edna Tolo, I am a passionate autoimmune recovery health coach and a christian. I am dedicated to sharing my journey towards wellness through dietary changes and lifestyle choices.
As a mother of two wonderful boys, I understand the importance of nurturing not only our bodies but also our families with wholesome, nourishing foods.
My own health journey has been challenging. For over 10 years, I struggled with arthritis,severe gluten intolerance,back pain among other challenging health conditions which made me suffer from chronic pain, and inflammation. Little did I know that these were signs of an autoimmune disorder, and the foods I was consuming were exacerbating my pain.
These experiences taught me the significance of listening to my body and seeking healing through natural lifestyle and dietary changes .
I discovered that simple, anti-inflammatory, gluten – free,plant-based, whole foods, combined with natural remedies, regular exercise, and trusting God, can lead to profound improvements in my health and well-being. I have embraced this lifestyle, and my health has improved tremendously. I feel energetic ,younger and great !
